E te huruhuru m?, haere mai e noho. E te huruhuru pango, hanat? e haere. Guided by wisdom, inspired by change. Kia ora, my name is Arama Morunga. I am a son of the north and my entire existence has, is and always will be Te Tai Tokerau. I am pushing for a fresh voice at council to speak to the environmental issues faced by t?ngata whenua. These issues that will inevitably land on our shoulders. Now is the time to sit at the table and advocate for a new generational voice. During my time in council I will champion: A relatable voice between traditional knowledge & contemporary innovation; Empowering the use of m?tauranga m?ori at all levels of business.; Sound M?ori decision making within an ever changing climate.
