Ko Chev Reti ahau, he uri n? Ng?ti Kahu. I've lived in the north for 40 of my 43 years and care deeply about the wellbeing and development of our region. I bring over 20 years' experience in education and currently work for the Ministry of Education. I've also been a founder and business owner for 9 years, so I understand the importance of enterprise and a strong local economy. As a junior coach, secretary, and board member, I value the role of volunteers in building strong communities. I believe in relational leadership - leading through connection, trust, and shared purpose. I'm standing to amplify community voices and improve our infrastructure, environment, and economy. I've seen the impact of poor roading, unsafe walkways, and limited internet access. I want to help our community not just live here - but thrive here. Source: FNDC
