What does a Project Manager do?

The Project Manager is responsible for delivering the project on behalf of Te Kahu o Taonui and ensuring the pūtea is utilised efficiently, effectively and fairly.

The Technical Table has been built from the ground up, developing and testing ideas and processes, and deciding on ways to implement them.

The Project Manager is also responsible for reviewing initial enquiries and activating the ways we can support through the Technical Table.
