Te Kahu o Taonui has launched a housing technical table for Te Tai Tokerau, bringing together a small group of technical specialists to support housing projects at any stage. The technical table includes consenting, architectural, civil engineering, finance and project management expertise, and will meet regularly to consider enquiries.

 

The technical table approach is an innovation which brings housing specialists together to enable parties interested in housing and papakainga development to access professional advice, receive guidance and support about their project. We can provide some support in navigating the major funding and support streams currently available [these resources are usually contestable]
