Paul Gilbert and C.H.A are subject matter experts in all housing tenures and the funding and contract arrangements related to emergency, transitional, public and home ownership tenures in the NZ housing system.
What does C.H.A do?
C.H.A provides comprehensive advice on the costs and benefits of becoming a registered Community Housing Provider and Tier 1 Social Housing Landlord. We are deeply committed to our partnership with the tikanga Māori housing peak body Te Matapihi who lead on advisory services to Kaupapa Māori providers across Aotearoa. Paul also has 10 years’ experience working within the affordance residential property development and finance space, understands, and can provide advice on the range of structures that are best suited to deliver place-based outcomes for housing providers.
